1. The service

Flex Enjoyer Bot is a free, non-commercial Discord bot for League of Legends communities. By adding it to a server or registering your Riot ID, you agree to these terms.

2. Registration

• Only register a Riot account that belongs to you.
• You can unregister at any time with /lol unregister. What happens to your data is described in the privacy policy.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the bot to harass, expose or stalk other players.
• Do not try to overload the bot, get around its limits or access data that isn't yours.
• Discord's Terms of Service and Riot Games' Terms of Service continue to apply.

Access can be restricted for users or servers that break these rules.

4. Virtual points

Points, titles and similar in-server rewards have no monetary value. They cannot be bought, sold, exchanged for money or transferred outside the bot.

5. Availability and liability

The bot is a hobby project provided as is, without guarantees of availability, accuracy or completeness. Game data comes from the Riot Games API and may be delayed or missing. Features can change or be discontinued at any time. Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, as far as the law allows.

6. Riot Games

Flex Enjoyer Bot isn't endorsed by Riot Games and doesn't reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties. Riot Games, and all associated properties are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.

Changes to these terms are published on this page with a new date. Contact: crazytrixs@gmail.com. German law applies.
